Clear, with a pale yellow color and greenish reflections.
Intense aromas of citrus (peels), stone fruits (peach, apricot), and pear. Discreet notes of white flowers. Dry with a complex taste profile, refreshing acidity, and pleasant aftertaste.
In the mouth, the dominant flavors are lemon peel,
grapefruit, and quince.
2022
Rose
Grenache 60%, Shiraz 40%
Clear but ruby red color.
Extremely aromatic nose of red fruits such as berries,
cherries, strawberries, guava, lilac and butter.
A gastronomic full body rose wine. Almost buttery, with crisp acidity
and long, pleasant aftertaste of cherries.
2021
Cabernet Sauvignon
Cabernet Sauvignon 100%
Deep, dark red color, complex aroma,
and multidimensional character.
Typical and intense aromas of the variety. Green pepper, black pepper, leather, fresh and ripe red-fleshed fruits are married with a discreet vanilla aroma that comes from its one-year aging in French oak barrels.
Full and round mouthfeel with soft but present tannins.
Balanced acidity and a long aftertaste.
