Michalis or rather TAKIS CHATZICHARALAMPOUS, “grandfather Takis” for us. So it all started with him! From a very young age he was involved with viticulture with a lot of passion and love; producing everything you make from grapes.
Our grandfather. The one with the warmest smile, soil-stained hands, and a patience that shaped everything he touched. He moved through the vines with quiet joy and carried kindness like it was part of his being. The land listened to him — and so did we.
We miss him every day, but he’s still here. In the rows he planted. In the values he passed down. In us.
First our father Marios Chatzicharalampous and now we, in turn, continue this tradition that lasts 80 years.
This is for Takis.
For the joy he lived.
For the love he gave.
For the roots he left behind.

Drawing on the discipline and resilience he developed as a former firefighter, Marios now leads the vineyard operations and oversees the grape reception process, bringing dedication and care to every aspect of his work.
Beyond his role, Marios is our driving force — a pillar of strength and perseverance. Through his example, we learn not to give up, no matter the challenges. He inspires us every day with his unwavering commitment and reminds us what it truly means to work with heart.

Michalis is a tireless and skilled vintner who plays a key role in securing the high-quality raw materials that form the foundation of our wines. He holds a degree in Aeronautical Mechanical Engineering from the University of Patras and a Master’s degree in Energy Systems from the Cyprus University of Technology.
Following his academic path, Michalis gained valuable experience as a Production Engineer in the industry before bringing his expertise to the winery. Today, he focuses on optimizing the production line, maintaining equipment, and overseeing quality control processes.
Driven, precise, and deeply committed, Michalis combines technical excellence with a passion for wine. He is a vital force behind our operations, constantly pushing us forward with innovation and reliability.

Argyro is a dynamic and determined young woman, fueled by passion and vision. With a degree in Chemistry from the University of Patras and a Master’s in Oenology and Viticulture from the Agricultural University of Athens, she brings science and heart together in everything she does.
Guided by her father’s wisdom and inspired by his love for the land, Argyro turned a dream into reality — to create a winery that reflects who she is. Today, she leads the winemaking process from the ground up, deciding what to invest in the vineyard to grow the grapes we need to craft wines that tell our story.
Every bottle holds her vision. Every vintage carries her strength. Argyro isn’t just making wine — she’s shaping the identity of the winery, staying true to her roots while building something entirely new.
