(Michalis) Takis Chatzicharalampous
So everything started with him! From a very young age he was involved with viticulture with great passion and love; producing everything you make from grapes. Seeing him growing up, working in the vineyards and making wines always with that smile, it would be impossible not to love this “job” and all that it entails. The connection with nature, the passion for creation, the joy and satisfaction when you see the pleasure in the eyes of the one who tastes your wine.
Marios Chatzicharalampous
Marios is the heart of the winery. From a young age he was introduced to the world of viticulture by his father Takis Chatzicharalampous, who passed on to him the love and passion he had for the vines. Combining his combativeness and discipline as a former firefighter, as well as his love for the vines, he is the head of the viticultural operations alongside his responsibility for receiving grapes.

Marios is the heart of the winery. Argyro Chatzicharalampous
Argyro is a young, powerful woman, driven by her passion. She holds a bachelor degree in Chemistry from University of Patras and a Master of Science degree in Oenology and Viticulture from Agricultural University of Athens. Tirelessly following her dad’s steps and many advices all these years, Argyro made her only dream come true, own a winery, her way. Argyro is the head and the mind behind winemaking, responsible for what to invest in the vineyards from the beginning to eventually lead into grapes of excellent condition to produce the wines of her dreams. She took the big decision, to plant the first Xinomavro vineyard in Cyprus and in 2022, got approved.

Michalis is an experienced and a tireless vintner who creates and ensures the quality raw material for our production. Michalis holds a degree in Aeronautical Mechanical Engineering from the University of Patras followed by his Masters degree in Energy Systems at the Cyprus University of Technology. Post his studies, he worked in industry as a Production Engineer. Michalis also works on the improvement of the production line, the maintenance of our equipment, as well as the quality control processes ensuring the quality of our wine.
